Again I am writing about the handicap access to your store. After major renovations, nothing was done to improve the entrance at the top of the ramp. I complained that bicycles are often blocking the ramp. Today there were THREE chained to the railing blocking the entrance. You people wrote to me that you'd post a sign on the ramp, nothing was done. It's difficult enough to maneuver into the door but now the broom and dustpan are kept by the door as well. I made a mobile order at 11:00 a.m. today, and I chose to pick up at the dinner time. I did not receive any additional notification about the status until I went to the store. The staff of the store told me that they did not receive any mobile order right now! I was shocked at that time. And I did not this issue would happened on me.
