I ordered food, when I went to condiments, I ordered specific items, I did not get half of the stuff I ordered, and further I asked for several napkins, I specifically said 6, only three stuffed in there, not the biggest problem but one or two napkins doesn't clean your hands when it gets messy. Absolutely no ketchup. I noticed that at different McDonald's they do the right thing and follow instructions. Then there are a few places I just do not follow instructions and they botch up the orders and the problem is most of the time we don't have the luxury of opening the bag and seeing if everything is there by the time you get to your car and you travel to another location and I'm a first responder I'm not going to return back to the same restaurant it doesn't make sense and it's a waste of my time I require these guys to follow instructions otherwise I go to the competitors and I tell everybody else the same thing McDonald's is not what they used to be. However I will say there is one in Brooklyn Clarendon road which actually follows instructions the other ones are mostly in Manhattan the following instructions but I got to tell you in Brooklyn it's hit or miss.

Ordered McCrispy meal, all I received was a burnt, yet ice cold sandwich, no fries, no drink, almost $20 with tip and multiple calls to Uber Eats could not resolve this issue. Giant waste of time and money

Very bad experience!!! I order on seamless and the delivery guy never rang the door bell and he never knocked on my apt to say delivery is there. Plus the bag as you could see was open!!! Not good at all!!! Very bad service

That manager just like the sandwich, those sandwich just like the manager, terrible!!! I don’t know she is the new manager or old, but I know the manager is so rude and not professional, because she is not helping the customer to resolve the problems, she is making the problems. I was the customer of this McDonald’s for so many many years until now. Thank you and bye bye forever.

On the evening of September 28th, I purchased a Happy Meal and was informed that the Crocs toy was out of stock. However, I was told that if we didn’t open the toy packaging, we could come back to exchange it when the Crocs toy was available. So, I brought my child back to the restaurant with the unopened toy to exchange it, but was rudely refused by a woman claiming to be the manager. She said, “I’m the manager, and I’m telling you that you cannot exchange it.”
The reason I came back today was because your staff had previously told me that while the Crocs toy was out of stock, I could come back for an exchange when it became available. I wasted my time, and my child was excited to come back for the toy exchange, only to be treated extremely rudely by this so-called manager! She was unprofessional, impolite, and completely lacked any customer service training or basic courtesy. Is this how a manager should treat customers? McDonald’s, it’s time to reconsider your management. I’ll be telling everyone that your store lacks integrity. If I could give fewer than one star, I absolutely would.

I I feel bad for the children who expect to receive a toy that they have in their advertisement and when they open their happy meal they put another toy that has nothing to do with what they offer. My children were anxious to receive a toy that they saw outside of McDonalds and they only received another one. For me it is not a problem but it is a disappointment for them and the service is terrible. If I could give less stars I would give it less than 10. I think it is time for new management. for me is a GOOD EXCUSE NOT TO BUY MCDONALS AGAIN
