This specific location on 5th avenue in BayRidge is about the most consistent as it gets in terms of service and professionalism. I have been coming for 6 years and it doesn't matter if it's lunch or last five minutes before closing the order is perfect.

I always order thru the app and always gets my things right, people always have my things ready and don't have me waiting for long.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp for people that need to get inside including with strollers.

Food is ok. Many times your order is missing sonething. Always check your bag before you leave to makecsure they didnt leave anything out. I would say 8 out of 10 times they do but I think they are so stressed because everything seems timed. I rather have a right order and it take time then a rushed order missing something.
