Came here Saturday night to get food for my daughters and I and one of my daughters and myself ended up with diarrhea never again!! I'm done with fast food!! I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe and one of my daughters got the 2 cheeseburger meal.

I recently placed a delivery order through the McDonald's app and was disappointed to find several items missing upon delivery. When I went to the store to have my order corrected, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior from the manager, Maurizta. Instead of an apology or assistance, I was greeted with attitude, which made an already frustrating situation worse. I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe customer service should always be respectful and helpful.

food was really good, workers friendly (one even held the door for me as i walked out) and not busy at all. i got my food within 2 minutes of ordering on the kiosk. The mcdonald’s is pretty empty for an nyc location, and it’s located next to the van siclen jz subway for convenience sake.
