Went through drive thru and their system was down so i couldn’t use my app, and had to use cash instead of debit. Took forever to get my food.

They have the fires already made and set to go. I don’t know how long they have been sitting there I respectfully asked for fresh fries to this manger before I can finish my sentence she walked away , after calling out to her she continued to ignore me.

There was a security guard he was so disrespectful treated me with hate he was so disrespectful I was no where near disrespectful to him. he continued to not hear me out he told me all students must use the mobile app my app wouldn’t work at the time but he wouldn’t hear me out and treated me like if i wasn’t a human being so disrespectful and rude never again.

the workers are so nasty and rude. specifically the guy the works the door not letting people in. having mobile orders is one thing but to pick and choose which people your going to treat differently is not ok. he cursed me and all my teanage friends out because we were mad they wouldn’t serve us. there was no way to pay in cash and told us go home. he does this to multiple people he needs to be fired.

This McDonald’s always forget to put the sauces when you order McNugget kids meal and purchase extra sauces. This is the 3rd time this has happened with my Uber eats orders. I called and the manager hung up on me after acting like she couldn’t hear me.
