This place is horrible. The security slammed the door on my face multiple times. One time actually almost got hit with the door while he ran out to stop me from coming in. They don’t allow people who are 18 and younger to pick up their food from inside. He also pick and choose which school kids come in and who don’t. He treats teenagers bad especially teenage girls. The owner is very disrespectful as well. They all think so highly of themselves and think they are 5 star restaurant while treating customers bad. This McDonald’s also had my friends waiting for 30 minutes to an hour on their pickup order outside.

Three different times after ordering from Uber Eats, my food came either soggy cause the soda was opened in the bag, I was missing food or an item was wrong or it took over an hour to get to me when I live a 5 minute car ride away. So both Uber delivery and this place suck simultaneously cause the workers clearly don't wanna do their jobs right.

The first McDonald’s I have ever been to that charges you for your first sauce when you order your meal, usually it’s extra money for the second or the third but not the first… this was my first time in the four years that I’ve been living in Brooklyn coming here deep down I knew it was gonna be a disappointment which is why I never came but tonight I was hungry let’s just say I won’t be returning

I haven’t gotten an incorrect order yet but every now and then the presentation is a bit off. Service can be off putting at times too. The morning crew feels better to deal with than the evening. Sometimes the employees are a bit short with customers/drivers, inattentive, or sometimes incompetent. Also wouldn’t call this a 24-hr location if the doors close by a certain time (I think 10 or 11pm). I don’t want to stand up in the drive thru to get my order so I don’t even order late. I do appreciate the policy they have that children unaccompanied by an adult or mobile order aren’t allowed in during school times because sometimes the kids truly do ruin the atmosphere being loud, rude, and/or annoying/rambunctious. The soda fountain being available to customers is great cause I prefer to pour my drinks myself. All in all, they can do better

If you're genuinely trying to find a 24-hour McDonald's, this isn't the place. I showed up at the drive-thru just before 4 a.m. (very pregnant, mind you), only to be told they were closed — despite being listed online as a 24-hour location.
