Ordered DoorDash, the bag came completely sealed so this DEFINITELY came from the location itself. In the happy meal I ordered, was a used blue glove and a ketchup packet with black Tape around it. This is UNACCEPTABLE! The workers should know when their gloves are off and to knowingly send this to a customer was absolutely DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL

The worst location, stuff so lazy, weâve been waiting our order more than 30 minutes. donât know how stupid you have to be to first not give part of the order, then instead of 3 medium fries and 1 large give 4 kidsâ fries, and then walk around calmly with the receipt pretending everything is fine.

I am sharing this review because I truly enjoy this location. The staff is friendly. If you encountered any issue a staff member is always there to assist. There was this one young lady that takes order in the morning she is always friendly. 10/10 for the staff and food at Flatbush!!!!!

best McDonaldâs in the New York. Definitely lovely place. Love their decoration. Bathroom is so clean. Table and chairs are so clean too. They also have parking lot!
12/8/2025 ordered ice vanilla coffee with 8creams, came so sweet as not like before. ( I saw her put 10 sugars or vanilla syrup!!!) Asked the dark skin longhair short girl. She said she made it right. Then I order again, this time was the white skin girl do it for me, so much better. !

This McDonald's is very convenient to get quick fast food on Flatbush Avenue. The food is hot and the employees are very friendly and professional. Well maintained and kept clean. Worst McDonalds ever I never leave reviews but this place wowâŠ. Itâs the third time Iâve gotten something from the drive through go home and things are missing. If it was my food would never even drive back but you forget the happy meal and the kid starts crying OMG SMH also asked for no pickle got pickles I got a receipt that says no pickles
