This place is called fast-food more like slow food . My friends asks for the blue raspberry. The worker told both of them there’s no more. he gave one friend a blue raspberry and drink and other one didn’t get one. And he started to like get attitude with us.

This place has gone to the trash since they remodeled it. Orders are done wrong, under cooked burgers, get the wrong sauces. When you tell the person that's not the sauce you asked for I was told oh well you get whatever I give you. Workers are rude and have attitudes. They deserve 0 stars!

The quality has gone downhill over the years. Food here is never consistent and is often very underwhelming. Fries are either soggy or dry, and taste like cardboard. Nuggets taste like plastic and need sauce. You can tell they aren’t using 100% real chicken. The new Mc crispy chicken strips are way too overpriced—they aren’t crispy at all and they arrived in a bunch of different and odd shapes/sizes further speaking to a quality control issue. Everything seems so rushed. This used to be a nice once in a blue moon treat, now it’s something to avoid entirely at all cost. Look for better quality and healthier food elsewhere. The best thing at this McDonald’s is their smoothies.

Rude manager Maria! I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and only one chicken nuggets sauce came with it. I requested the sweet and sour sauce for my daughter since I only had the bbq for my son. The manager Maria looked at me and said it will cost me an additional 25cents. I explained that I have two orders , where only one came with the sauce. Maria walked out on me leaving me standing for about 4 minutes! I had to flag down another associate who literally bent under the register to give me the sauce! How disrespectful and rude of the manager Maria! As a leader, I wonder what she is showing the associates about how crucial customer service is! They need to do better !
Well I was trying to apply here but they only hire blacks and Hispanics people which is weird because my girlfriend was trying to apply when she had experience in McDonald’s and the lady that was hiring people, not actually hiring people just wasted other people time which is messed up. And she didn’t hire my girlfriend wth.

Love this mcdonalds. The inside is clean and the food is very fresh. The best time to visit is during the school day since it's by fillmore. Other than that even when the school kids are out the food is still good and the service is well.
