Every time I order from this McDonald’s, no one is at the front counter and no one appears for a very long time. The service is incredibly slow even when you order from the app. Everyone is waiting for their food and there’s always a huge line for people waiting. But even if no one is there, still expect to wait a while. Last time I was there I heard employees arguing in the back. There needs to be new management because this ridiculous.

Extremely dirty. After paying in self service, the machine didnt give me a receipt. Took me about 45 minutes to get my food. Kept asking where is it, the entire time the diva with the glasses misplaced it and i was given cold food. I just took the food because I didn’t have much time left before work. Couldn’t eat upstairs because it was like a oven as there was no Air conditioning. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in any establishment. Avoid at all cost.

Slow service and burgers look a mess. Last time I was there there was no AC on a 90+ degrees day. Unfortunately it's the only McDonald's in the neighborhood.

This location does not check receipts so people are constantly stealing other people's orders. That's why this location is always packed. They call out numbers for pickup and don't wait for people to pickup and leave it on the shelf. Disaster situation...make sure you charge back

So there's nothing good about this location. If you have time to waste while you sit and wait for your order to be completed then come here. The staff is very unprofessional and no one takes their job seriously. The male staff flirts with all the women that come in, and the females are juat rude. Management isn't any better because they're allowing g the staff to behave in this manner. In my opinion everyone needs to be fired and a new staff be put in place of this one!! There's no reason to be waiting almost a half hour to receive food from a fast food spot. My order was placed at 10:15 and I didnt get my order until 10:45...that's ridiculous

This is a decent McDonald's. My concern is that some homeless individuals coming in asking for food very aggressively, and the business does nothing about it to prevent them from harassing paying customers.
