I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent order from McDonald's through Uber Eats. I placed an order for a 60-piece nugget meal for my family, expecting a simple and satisfying experience. However, when the order arrived, not only were the nuggets cold, but they didn’t send a single sauce—no BBQ, no sweet and sour, not even a basic packet of ketchup. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how McDonald's typically charges 25 cents for any extra sauce. To be charged full price for a meal and receive no condiments at all feels like poor customer service and shows a lack of attention to detail. I’ve always had high expectations from McDonald's, but this experience has really left me frustrated. Management needs to step it up and make sure orders are complete and properly handled.

Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgustingly greasy, cold, and flavorless — a sorry excuse for a meal. The staff were outrageously rude, inattentive, and painfully slow, as if they couldn’t care less about basic manners. The restaurant itself was filthy, chaotic, and suffocatingly loud, with an unbearable stench lingering in the air. Every bite felt like a step closer to culinary despair. I have lost all my faith in humanity after witnessing such sheer incompetence and apathy gathered under one roof. This place is a grotesque parody of fast food, an insult to taste buds, and a clear example of mediocrity. Never again.

Too bad. I take two orders there. After I ate my food I feel sleepy since I ate too much. Then I sleep more than 10 minutes but an black woman worker so rude and slap the table to remind me not to sleep here and sit up. But there are not many people and many available tables. I don't understand why I order in there but I don't receive any great service. All right I don't need service but I think she can't disturb me.

Lots of people, so you know this place isn't bad. Three people who were there did an amazing job to keep up with the demands. The downside is the wait, but you can always order on the app and pretty much skip the wait.

This is the worse McDonald u can find by my house here customer service sucks always missing items …..if u order more than 3 items u better check everything is there b4 u walk out the door …… cheap on condiments always need to ask even i put in my app order ….. that’s why I hated here & today i get even piss off at them because my daughter been asking for the happy meal sensory toy so I ordered today on my app that specifically pick the sensory toys & they gave me an old version of groot toy so I when back inside to ask for my sensory toy & she said THATS WHAT WE HAVE. Is that a false advertisement….If I didn’t promise my daughter about this she wouldn’t be disappointed……this location McDonalds sucks rather drove a little further for better service

Service is SLOWWW!! The new setup with the small window calling orders sucks. Only good thing is all the ubereats, DoorDash n delivery people need to wait outside now. Everyone is crowding over the tiny window and sometimes you can’t even hear them calling the numbers. Also not sure why it takes so long to put together a mcchicken $5 meal, sometimes I wait over 20 mins for it and people who order after me already got their food. Too many workers and majority of them are not doing anything in the back.

Can they train their employees to actually mix the mcflurry and fill up the french fries? I ordered a mcflurry and the ice cream is not even up to the half of the container. Also next time why make the customer wait like another 20 minutes when you can literally grab a straw when handing the drinks?
