Last night we order an 7 dollar meal menus. The workers are rude and unclean of there food and drinking machine. I took pictures of how bad it is and given me and my family food poisoning. This will be reported for unsafe and poorly train worker handle foods. They should not be working if they want in danger pubic health.

I ordered on Uber Eats and my food came cold and my drinks all spilled. The chicken sandwich had plastic in it which is hazardous! I tried calling to let them know and no one answered same with Uber Eats no response I am disgusted

I come to this McDonald’s almost every single day just to pick up my coffee, and unfortunately the experience is consistently frustrating.
Most mornings the place is basically empty, yet I’m left standing at the counter for 2–3 minutes with no acknowledgment. The employees clearly see me, but no one makes eye contact or asks if I need help. I often hear the staff in the back chatting and gossiping in Spanish. I’m Spanish myself, so that’s not the issue — the issue is being ignored as a customer while my order is already paid for and sitting there. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering pickup.
When I finally do ask for help, the attitude is usually unpleasant. There is one specific young employee (thin, with braids) who consistently has a very nasty attitude. You can say “good morning” or greet her politely and she looks visibly annoyed, as if being spoken to is a problem. I understand she’s young and still learning, and I would never want someone to lose their job — but customer service clearly isn’t the right role for her right now. She needs better training or to be placed elsewhere.
I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. I’ve had my own ups and downs and understand bad days happen, but this is an every-day issue here. A little acknowledgment, professionalism, and basic courtesy would go a long way, especially for regular customers.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this location could do better.

I wish I could give it 0. Delivery guy went to wrong address and instead of apologising, refused to deliver my order. Even after security let him in, he must have thrown it out and took off. Why are we allowing such in humane people jobs?

Do not go to that McDonald's, it's disgusting, they force you to occupy machines to pay 😡 and those machines steal your money and according to them they can't do anything, I lost money in that machine, don't go to hell. @ McDonald's

Warning- Do not eat here. The manager yelled at the customers stating to use the machines on Broadway. The machine is an option not mandatory. I have never went to a McDonald's that were so disrespectful and disregarded their customers. There was a line of customers stating please serve us. Many left with a bad taste in their mouth of the level of disresoet experiences by the managers. I left 10:30am August 31st. I will never be returning again. I live nearby but I rather go somewhere that I am greeted with respect. I will take my business elsewhere.
