I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was only told to wait with no explanation at all. After waiting for a long time, I went inside to ask what was going on, but no one helped me. I had to say “hi” several times before someone finally came.
I showed the receipt that was sent to my email and was told “that’s not it.” Then they started talking among themselves and yelling at me. I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I was late for work, but both the cashier and another employee yelled at me as well.
Very poor customer service. I waited way too long for just one order of pancakes and a strawberry pie. If I could, I would give zero stars. I do not recommend this place.

Umm I called here to Oder some food with my family and they did NOT answer. I called back to back for hours and they had no response. I can’t believe how atrocious the customer service was. They need to shut down. I genuinely can not believe how bad this service was. My family was starving and we could not get any food. It makes me sick to my stomach how they claim to be fast food but nothing about their services is fast at all.
The ONLY McDonalds that has a problem w. Mixing the slushies!! I ordered 20+ dollars worth of food and asked for my slushies to be mixed w. Cherry and cola, the manager said they can't do it & that they aren't allowed. No other McDonald's has said this. So for that reason I wanted my refund 🤷

This low rating is specifically for the woman dressed in a pink top, grey pants, and a blue cap on Saturday, 9/20/2025 @ 12PM. I didn’t catch her name. Horrible customer service. I waited for a small black coffee meanwhile it was already prepared. Upon asking, she didn’t even bother to check and just said “YEAH IT’S COMING.” I was trying to catch someone else’s attention because she already had a horrible demeanor. Thankfully, someone else helped AND she had a better attitude.
