So this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is good, sometimes its just bad. I work down the street so usually I swing by for a burger and fries but most of the time its not quick. The late night drive thru is so SLOW and on top of that you alway have people waiting there asking you to buy them thing or money! This is so annoying!
I used my 15000 for 50 dollsr discount on my Booking.com vacation. When I tried to apply the code it said that the code is not valid. I contact the Booking.com and they said that it's because I have account in Booking.com and that the coupon of 50 dollars can not be applied to the deal because the rate for the hotel is already within Genius loyalty programm and that coupon doesn't work with it. That was disappointing because these terms where not mentioned anywhere on McDonald's or Booking.com. I'm very upset know that I have lost my 15000 point at McDonald's and no discount on my hotel. Please return my 15000points to my McDonald's account!

Stopped here a few times in a short couple of weeks in order to try and collect the BTS TinyTan Happy Meals. First two times I went, the food was lukewarm, certainly not hot, and they forgot to include the sauce for the nuggets. With regard to the toys, duplicates. No chance of exchanging for others, no chance to buy (which some locations apparently let you do). Ended up after myriad trips getting more dupes than non, and one person there, although friendly, tried telling me they only get certain ones each week (which doesn't track as this was a short run so no time for that.) The ordering on the kiosk screens is slow, and annoying also. After my recent experiences I'll not go to MacDonalds again, anywhere (unless it's literally the only option on a roadtrip for example). The ordering is slow, the service is slow, the quality is poor - not only not hot, but dry burgers, bland fries. It's certainly not fast food any more, and it's not affordable either, for what you get. It ain't what it used to be.
