Is it awful to be there and not one single employee cleans tables. Students throwing food and drinks around and no one says anything, it is slippery and dirty worse place ever. Won't be visiting this location anymore
They have broken tables at this McDonalds. And they aren’t receptive of customer service feedback

This McDonalds needs a major update.
Make a better mayonnaise and make sure your employees put enough in the chicken burgers in all McDonals locations.

This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. The place was in terrible condition: trash was lying on the floor, and no one bothered to clean it up. The staff was completely indifferent to everything going on. Where is the management? The advertisement on the glass was crooked and about to fall, the walls were dirty, and the pictures that are supposed to create a cozy atmosphere were chipped. There wasn't even soap in the restroom! How could you let your service level drop so low?
In every other country, McDonald's is a symbol of order and quality, but not here. How is it possible that the country that invented McDonald's allows this kind of state? It's an embarrassment! I demand a complete review of the management and immediate improvement of the conditions!
McDonald's, you must restore your level of service, or your customers will leave you!
Getting better but still Draconian when compared to other top performing fast food restaurants in New York. The attrition rate here is horrendous and service would get better if they can actually get their employees to stay in a position for more than 3 months.
Horrible employees that curse under their mask. 25 minutes for 2 $5 meals is a joke. The cashier with a the arm tattoo tonight(1/10) had a lot of say Instead while getting my order wrong. Do better than hiring illiterate hispanics that can’t speak English correctly. Instead of finishing my order he prioritized small orders, what a dumb way to work.
