From a person who used to work in McDonald's POV, they have very unfriendly staff, not only one staff but multiple. Not willing to help when I stayed on line and asked only one question. Same issue when my husband went there. Also, the fries we got were old and saggy, the cheeseburgers wrapper were covered in grease! Tried to call them to escalate the issue and they never picked up the calls.
