Getting better but still Draconian when compared to other top performing fast food restaurants in New York. The attrition rate here is horrendous and service would get better if they can actually get their employees to stay in a position for more than 3 months.

I buy food at McDonald’s all over the city every day, but my morning always starts at this particular location, where I usually get my coffee. Overall, the service is quick and convenient, but I’ve encountered a hygiene issue here. The same employee often hands me the cup by holding the lid from the top — the part where my lips touch. Because of this, I have to throw away the lid and drink my coffee without it. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves service...
