Our son, Ace, his dream is to become a worker at McDonaldâs one day. We enjoy visiting different locations to talk to the staff and check out different menu items. He was gifted for Christmas a McDonaldâs uniform, so he was so excited today to show it off at Brooklynâs Utica Ave location. Thank you to the amazing, friendly, wonderful staff for making him sooooo happy and making this mama cry seeing him so happy. They gladly let him pose as an employee and showed him around. They also have a wonderful, clean second floor with an awesome play space. Thank you McDonaldâs and especially Samantha, Laury and Oneil for making our boys day â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

This place is horrible I just been now to my local Macdonald and the black lady in the morning she is too rude and they didnât want to serve me after I send my friend and they didnât give him the change horrible experience from Macdonald

i hate the service the lady was so food Slamming the Drive thru Window when i was trying to ask for a straw and sauces which i ordered with Nuggets and Drink but she didnât put it in the bag and closed the window Rudely when i tried to talk to her
