By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. First the mic in drive though wasn’t working so people waited for a long time for no reason. The only reason I waited is because I preordered on the app and paid already. Over 20+ minutes to get my food. I’m late for work and my kids are late for school. What’s the point of preordering if they don’t make it until you say the number. Nevertheless after 20 minutes of just trying to give the order number…

Horrible service!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS MCDONALD’S!! The employees are rude and are careless when preparing the food! I ordered hotcakes and it was cold and hard! No utensils came with my order! JUST SLACKERS WORKING AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY DONT DOUBLE CHECK BAGS EITHER TO CONFIRM THE ORDERS FOR ACCURACY EITHER! I had a burnt small fries with my order and a cold apple pie. They definitely need a new staff!!! Ewwww🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
Very upsetting. They need new employees here at this mc Donald’s. I waited 20 mins for my order. The workers very unprofessional. They were cursing each other out. Cracking jokes instead of taking people orders. They really need a new team & manager. They need to retrain these people they hire. They act like they don’t know what to do. I didn’t even want the food anymore because they took so long. They made excuses they don’t have certain items available. When I order from the machine it said the items were available & not out of stock. I pray they have a better customer service. I was polite, not rude, waited patiently for my order. They neglected me. It was no communication. It’s not fair.
