Our son, Ace, his dream is to become a worker at McDonald’s one day. We enjoy visiting different locations to talk to the staff and check out different menu items. He was gifted for Christmas a McDonald’s uniform, so he was so excited today to show it off at Brooklyn’s Utica Ave location. Thank you to the amazing, friendly, wonderful staff for making him sooooo happy and making this mama cry seeing him so happy. They gladly let him pose as an employee and showed him around....
Kendall in the drive up has amazing energy at 11pm night like it's 8am in morning. Her customer service is chef kiss. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs are made.
It's a nice McDonald's if u r looking for a quiet place to sit down. They have an upstairs with a play area but it's always pretty empty which I prefer. The food is same as any other McDonald's and the frappe is almost always working!
