I ordered a quarter pounder with no ketchup and they gave me a burger smothered in ketchup with no cheese. I returned it and got replaced with one with no onions. Poor attention to details especially when it's pricey.

These people kept me waiting for 30 minutes for pies. These people are not proactive. Then I asked for a refund and they kept me waiting for another 10 mins.

The floor was messy although there were signs but the liquid was everywhere. I received my order but not my beverage. I asked for my missing order but it took long. I asked a second time a few minutes later and the worker rolled her eyes at me and gave me my drink a few seconds later as it was already there, ready.

This is by far the worst-run McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The food quality is consistently terrible—greasy and tasting like it’s cooked in dirty oil. The customer service is shockingly poor, with employees overwhelmed and seemingly undertrained. The location is always short-staffed, leading to long wait times and frustration for both staff and customers.

The overall experience feels chaotic and unorganized, and it’s clear that management is not addressing the issues. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone and will be encouraging others to avoid it entirely.

we came in to order food and we were served by eric. he was a very friendly cashier that moved very fast and appeared very motivated. he made sure we were taken care of fast. he should be promoted because of his high effort, diligence, and likability. he reminded me of spongebob.

Every time their kiosk is down, no one wants to man the cashier, and I get told to wait. Waited for five minutes while other employees checked their phones and talked with one another, and still no one came to take my order, this has been on many occasions.
