How I order over 55.00 of food when I got it it tasted old. The drinks was half way filled. The only thing that was good was the cookies. All 8 of my burgers tasted old all four large fries wasn’t fresh and my 40 pc nuggets was over cooked. I called the next day because I got my order late night. The manager tells me that I have to contact door dash I told her door dash doesn’t cook the food you guys do. She said that’s all she can do so take my money n say hey have a bad food n later.this is very unprofessional I would liked some one to email me or call me . I didn’t even ask for a refund I said to recook it fresh for me.

Even when they make improvements they make things worse. If the staff isn’t screaming about smelling crack they’re failing to fulfill mobile orders. If you place a mobile order and come in to pick it up you have to go to the register—they don’t receive mobile orders on their system. What’s the point of a mobile order if you still have to do it in person?

I’m so disappointed with my food I asked for my food to be made to order. The reason is because I want it fresh, do you know they just put the fries back in the grease like I would not know. The fries are hard as heck, I mean I understand it’s fast food but like come on. Don’t get me started on how much Mac sauce is on the burger. If you don’t want to serve me with respect just tell me to take my business elsewhere.

This place is the WORST MC Donalds I've ever been in.. 2 crazy lady's screamed at 2 13 year old minors, 12 year old and a 8 year old. So crazy both of them cussed them out for no reason and the workers didn't do anything about it not even the manager. So embarrassing and disappointing.

Almost a 24-hour McDonald's but don't accept mobile orders after a certain time. Big minus. It's winter time and near a busy transit station you can open the doors for use.

After the overall renovation, the environment is good, but the waiting time after placing an order is really long. I strongly recommend adding a partner to the little brother.

I usually come pick up breakfast on my way to work. Mobile order so you’ll think I can just grab and go? No! Never! Those girls behind the counter just daydreaming. No napkin no condiment. I ordered hotcakes and they didn’t give me utensils, butter and syrup when my order was packed and sitting there. Can someone tell me what is their job requirements? They used to have better team and service back in the days and hoping the staffs and the environment can get better soon 🤞🏼
