I was told November 7 2025 2:15 AM they are closed for food, when the place says 24 hours. Can we update the hours on this place or was it really closed?

I’m a regular at this location because I come late at night after work to pick up food for me and my wife. And usually most nights everything is okay! But recently they have been a Speer of special workers at over night shift that refuses to bag up food for paying customers, I came across this gentleman Joseph. I asked him politely for a carry out bag for my food upon making the order insisted to pay the difference as well he ensured all is okay, I proceeded to ask for fresh fries and didn’t mind waiting and to be shocked they were dry and stale. He comes angry no carry out bag I asked for the bag politely again and said he forgot my bag my sauce and proceeded to slam the wall up window on my food n said I’m being asked to be “treated as a baby, wait for me after work” seen him deny doing his job multiple times refusing to put food in carry out bags n continue to ignore uber workers it’s unprofessional behavior for hospitality work

Wish I could give zero stars. You can be the only person in the store at the time of placing your order and still wait 30 minutes to receive one small item. And what they do is print out your receipt and claim to be working on your order immediately, or mark the order as received so that you can’t cancel or get a refund if it’s through app. You’re just stuck waiting for someone to do their job or take a loss for your money and leave empty handed.

I DEMAND a refund. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I specifically ordered SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE TO GO WITH MY NUGGETS AND KETCHUP. I also order NO CHEESE on one of my burgers and still got CHEESE?!?!?!. I'm disappointed. McDonald's. Do better. (And the the food is cokd)

I came today with my kids and ordered food from kiosk at Mcdonald restaurant, no print out receipt waiting about 20 minutes and ask a cashier about my order number and the cashier told me order still in process after another 15 minutes I asked him again why my order not ready after 40 minutes after we paid through kiosk. Again cashier told me it's normal because of too many customers. I asked him to call manager because it's not normal to wait about 50 minutes for the order, He said manager is off today, After that he started to search my order in the system and found out that kitchen lost our order number and didn't do anything with our order. In total after 1 hour and 15 minutes our food finally was prepared. Cashier acting like he doesn't care and no apologies. I don't know how come but in this small place was more than 100 people at the same time. Place dirty with ketchup and mayonnaise on tables and no one clean up , Napkins and soda on the floor. Dirty dirty place and no one care.

Came here at 1PM on a Sunday and the employees are very kind and helpful. The snackwrap tastes 100x better here too, and the snackwrap meal is only $9.99 compared to other locations which charge more.
Extremely packed at all times and the order takes a bit but nonetheless, still very good. It may be difficult to find a seat but luckily, we were able to score one the moment we walked in
I'm reading the reviews for this location and it seems like I got lucky with my visit. Hopefully, it's better for others too.
