This place closes in door lobbies at 11:00 PM . The bathroom is under code and an employee most open it , since codes are not given out unless you remember to look at what they press . This place is okay on service and speed . It just lacks in environment . There are a lot of homeless people that come here and cause issues . They bring alcohol and put their drugs on the table and start to scream , shout and maybe even ask for food or money. The homeless also clean tables with their dirty hands and touch the trash to compact it and go back cleaning with their raw hands . This is a plus at times overall , since a screaming person who is drinking alcohol is sometimes amusing to watch during a boring day . But , somebody might die one day because the some homeless are so low-life , usually the community of non Europeans , that they actually smoke their drugs in the store and may lace your food by cross contamination with the drugs they leave at the table and employees really don’t clean tables often .

I am writing this complaint with great distress following a horrendous experience I had at your restaurant today. Merely trying to enjoy a meal, I encountered utter disrespect and insult from one of your employees.Between 4:30 and 4:50 today, while peacefully eating at a table, the employee approached me and began demanding that I leave McDonald's, to which I politely declined, asserting my right to be there as a customer. Following this, I told him, "If you have any issues, call the police and deal with it." He proceeded to take a photo of me without my consent, violating my rights, and to top it off, he called me a derogatory term in Russian.His actions were racist, and I demand that he be fired for this. Such behavior is intolerable in any public establishment, and I expect corrective action from your company promptly.Furthermore, I would like to highlight that this incident can be verified through your security cameras. Let me start this off with saying I have been LOYAL to this mcdonalds location since 2017, but the disrespect and unprofessionalism I just witnessed today 1/3/24 (hours 4:30-5:00pm) from a older woman at the window service was UNACCEPTABLE! Unacceptable to the point when I asked to speak to the manager (a younger Spanish guy) she continued to go back and forth with me IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER! Now let me explain this story I went through the drive through to place my order. I ordered a bundle with nuggets and fries and asked exactly like this “ I have a question ….. is the fries fresh?” The woman at the window went on a rant to the point where my sister (who was on the phone with me) said who is she talking to? I was in complete shock but once I heard the line “they fry fries, they make fries, I can’t answer that for you” I drove up and asked for the manager. She got the manager and as I was explaining to him the story, she rudely interrupted and started talking back to me (I pointed out to the manager, you see how shes talking) he shook his head and was very nice but it was clear to me that she doesn’t respect him at all. She doesn’t represent McDonalds corporation well AT ALL! She said she couldn’t give out her name for safety reasons but I have my receipt and will be doing a survey! I would love to email the GM about this situation because this location has ALWAYS been good to me. I did not go to school for 7 years and obtained multiple degrees to told by an employee that mcdonalds fry fries!
