Came in for brunch. My challenge with the menu is that most of their brunch menu is egg or meat focused. They offer two toasts that can be made vegetarian, but the option should be the maitake mushroom and not portobello for $24.I tried the autumn squash burrata from the starters list and it was delicious. They do have a pretty good wine list - enjoyed the Vermentino.I am not sure I’d come back from brunch again, but could consider trying dinner.3.5⭐️

The best brunch plate that I've ever had. And I don't speak that easily. Felt like I was eating a dinner entree for brunch - in a good way. Duck pastrami hash & poached eggs, caramelized onion, parsley salsa verde & local greens. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the salsa was great. The duck and the hash was other worldly. Tons of duck. In almost a stew of small potatoes perfectly softened. In some type of gravy. Wow. Even the greens are great. Nice light dressing. Almost salty. Service was friendly and attentive. My daughter said her avocado toast was excellent. I don't make it to Brooklyn that frequently but can't wait to go back to this great spot. I didn't drink that day but they had a nice looking and well stocked bar.

Had to drop a star because the portions are ridiculously small - $18 for 4 pieces of asparagus without a ton of truffle? While delicious that’s just too much. Also really enjoyed the cavatelli with crab, but when the bowl is less filled than a cereal bowl with very little crab… again although the quality was great, this isn't a Michelin starred restaurant.Dietary restrictions: My friend was gluten free, not a problem.

1. The food was incredible. We inhaled it.2. This is the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I told Lauren, the host, that I was visiting from Chicago and she pulled together a list of 10 recommendations to check out nearby.I will make sure to stop in every time I visit Brooklyn!

Beautiful restaurant, excellent service (friendly, genuine, attentive) from the entire staff, even on a busy Saturday (we got a table without a reservation). And the food was outstanding. We had the olive rolls & fried green tomatoes as starters, roasted cauliflower and chicken roulade as mains and some lovely cocktails. We were too full for dessert, but the dessert menu looked great.Bring your wallet. Not overpriced, but totally worth a splurge. We will be back.

Absolutely do not miss.In particular: artichokes, duck gnocchi, bavette, scallops, flourless chocolate cake.Service is impeccable - Stephanie and her husband in the kitchen make a great team and Alan (sp?) is full of great stories - try to get there for happy hour so you can grab oysters and stories.

Excellent NYC restaurant. Service was impeccable, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the gnocchi with duck ragu and the wagyu bavettes. Cocktails were good, and the flourless chocolate cake hit the spot.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD HERE. I highly recommend checking out this Michelin star restaurant because this has been the best food and dining experience I’ve had in NYC. I’ve been here twice now and it’s exceeded my expectations both times and I will be coming back. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! I’ve never had such perfectly cooked and spiced duck and octopus and if you love steak, the wagyu will not disappoint. And do not skip the dessert. The crème carmel was my personal favorite but you can’t go wrong with the chocolate cake. Also, not only are the servers kind and considerate to all of our needs, they always ensure we’re having an amazing dining experience. If you’re ever in NY, this restaurant is worth going to (especially if you’re a foodie).

We liked the dinner so much that we came back the next morning for brunch...Dinner highlights were the Scallops, the carrot/labneh appetizer, and the chocolate cake. They were all DIVINE. We also had the Cauliflower, which was pretty good but would take the scallops over the cauliflower any day.Brunch was also delicious. You must try the muffins!Vegetarian options: There is always at least one main and one appetizer on the menu that's vegetarian :)

Food - Appetizers: Burrata squash Entrees: Omelette, duck pastrami hash with poached eggs, scrambled eggs Desert: Doughnuts and flourless chocolate cake In depth notes on the food: Poached eggs were delicious, the duck pastrami was juicy and not dry. The omelette was well made. The scrambled eggs were very tasty. Service - Our server was Dakota, she was very professional and nice. Added benefit. Ambiance - Very mice decor, professional staff, lovely crowd. Very chill brunch.

Amazing dinner experience for valentine's day. It was packed when we arrived but were promptly seated as we had a reservation. We had the prix fixed menu which consisted of 3 courses. The apps were amazing and almost stole the show before entrees arrived. We were so taken aback how great they were and couldn't stop raving about ever so tender and flavorful octopus and Cavatelli duck ragu. For entrees, we chose duck breast and the American wagyu steak cooked properly to medium and medium rare and had amazing tenderness and flavors with a beautiful presentation as well.Only minor gripes were the cocktails we had ordered were a tad too sweet and fruity for our enjoyment and we had to switch it up to something off their menu and classics which they accommodated gladly. Service was attentive although it was a hectic night for v day. The desserts could improve and didn't live up to par like the apps and entrees. Flourless chocolate cake was rather dry but Panna cotta was beautifully presented and scrumptious. Overall it was definitely worthy of a former 1 michellin star restaurant experience in my heart. Wish them the best of luck to getting back their hard earned michellin star.

The food was very good and of good quality, and I really enjoyed my cocktail! The restaurant was very cozy and lively. I understand they had a michelin star in the past but I don’t think they have a current one. I wasn’t really excited about anything on the menu but I think it’s supposed to change everyday. I ordered a sea bass entree and the fish really was perfect. My biggest qualm is a little petty, but after ordering our meal the server asked if we would like rolls with honey butter…. and DUH, I would love some bread for the table. What none of us knew was that this little plate of rolls added an additional $12 to our bill. I didn’t go into this restaurant expecting my meal to be cheap, I just felt that that was a bit sneaky. Of course, $12 is not a lot, I’m not completely out of touch, it was just a surprise.
