Food was delicious and the service was great. I had the lamb platter with the lemon roasted potatoes and it was great. The meatball appetizer was delicious. My friend had the steak dish and the steak was so yummy. Cocktails and dessert was delicious. I will be definitely go back.

I haven't ate at a restaurant in a while where each dish was perfect from start to finish. Big kudos to the chef. First of all, every staff there are super friendly and knowledgable. We ordered grilled octopus, Halumi, scallops and okra for appetizer. Then for main course, we got their special of the day, baked lamb with vegetable, mussels & shrimps with tomato sauce and moussaka which I don't see that often at other Greek restaurant. Each dish was carefully prepared with the right amount of seasoning. Nothing was overpowering each other or overly salted, everything was well balanced. The texture, the amount of sauce, and flavor was just perfect. We love Greek food and easily this is one of the best Greek food we've had. And their moussaka is one of the best around. If I had to say one negative thing, their frozen espresso martini was slightly weak. It was not strong enough for my taste. However, the table next to us seemed to be enjoying it. LOL. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here. Bravo!

We got two gyros and sadly we did not like them. At first I thought it wasn’t tasty in terms of flavor, but then as I started to take more bites, I realized it’s really hard to chew some of the filling, and when I examined the chicken it appeared to me to be undercooked. The kitchen did take a look and said it is fully cooked, but still… to me the meat was sort of glossy and feeling jiggly so I wasn’t comfortable eating the rest of it. The owner did apologize and took the dish off the check, so I do appreciate that.

Blandest tasting Greek food ever. If gone experienced authentic Greek, you know this place is for transplants and alike. The decor is also really creepy with a bunch of snakes everywhere playing off of the Medusa theme. It’s just corny and tacky on top of the boring tasting food. Service was decent and responsive. Nothing really stood out but general niceties and half smiles. Will stick to the remaining Astoria Greeks for the closest thing to real Greek food.

Huge shoutout to servers - Declan and Melisa — they’re super friendly, super attentive, and just make the whole experience better every time we’re there. Their happy hour cocktails are delicious and such a good deal. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!
