I used to really like this place, but it’s gone downhill. Some of the guys working here just shouldn’t be in customer service — they’re rude, never say hi, and always forget something. It honestly feels like you’re bothering them just by showing up. Get someone friendly and smiling at the counter. The drinks don’t taste good anymore, and now there’s a service fee on top of already high prices. Would be nice to see some friendly, customer-focused staff again.

The food is delicious. The atmosphere is great. Friendly staff.

The food here is absolutely amazing, but the service is consistently disappointing, whether dining in, picking up, or ordering delivery. The kitchen and FOH seem very disorganized.
One time I waited over an hour for a pickup order and witnessed complete chaos: guests waiting unattended, orders delayed, and the cashier visibly overwhelmed, having a mental breaking down and cursing loudly in russian. It was uncomfortable to watch and reflected serious management issues.

The owner really needs to hire more staff and streamline operations. Unfortunately, despite how great the food is, the overall dining experience has been so unpleasant that I don’t plan to return.

The pasta was really delicious! 🍝 It had fresh seafood and a creamy sauce that blended perfectly. The flavors were rich but not too heavy — definitely worth trying again!

Staff is rude

i got for lunch black burger, it was not bad . Nothing special. My friend got shawarma and it looked more tasty than burger . But the interior of restaurant and vibe are different 😍

Food was good and really tasty! I couple times ordered delivery and they always forget something like souse, small pita or coke. You’re staff must be more attentive

This is the best place in all of New York. I've been looking for a long time for a place that makes good shawarma and finally I found it. Now I come here often.

One of the best shawarma spots in New York! 🌯 Everything is super fresh — the meat is juicy and perfectly grilled, and the sauces are well-balanced and delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, even during busy hours. The place has a cozy vibe, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!
