Service was great. Food was delicious. I am so happy I went inside. I wanted everything, but decided on the breakfast platter. I was only working in the area for 2 days and YES, I went there to eat both days. I loved the cranberry chicken salad sandwich I ate for lunch. Delicious! Oh, and there's no pork, so that was a plus for me.

This is my favorite bagel place in the city. My go-to breakfast sandwich is inexpensive and enormous, and the bagels are fresh and delicious every morning. Every single member of the staff is polite and welcoming, even on busy days. I'm happy to be a regular here and recommend Metro Bagel to everyone I know in the area.

They never answered the phone every time is place hold I see why this location has 3.8
1- Bagels feel like they are a couple of days old 2- cream cheese is runny like soup 3- if a customer ask for Swiss cheese I don’t see why you have to be so lazy to always put the regular cheese. ( feels like they hate when you get specific ) 4- eggs are spread thin and overcooked. ZERO FLUFFINESS 5- who puts chopped tomatoes in a bagel with cream cheese ? A classic cream cheese and tomato bagel require sliced tomatoes I don’t need the runny cream cheese and dices of tomatoes flying all over my desk and clothes. 6- cashier and cooks could use some hospitality. 7- this place is a great way to start the day with an avalanche of disappointments. 8- don’t shop here

To the new management:
1- Bagels feel like they are a couple of days old
