Good food and drinks, but be careful when paying
We had dinner at Mezcals and the food was really good ; the shrimp and margaritas were delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and lively.
However, I want to warn others to check your bill carefully. The gratuity was already included, but our server took the itemized receipt that showed it and only brought it back after we asked for it.

Strong and tasty margaritas!
Neighborhood style Mexican food. Nothing particularly fancy or cutting edge, but hits the spot every time. And that is exactly what I want in my neighborhood spot. Service is fast, vibes are very casual. All margaritas are straightforward but out of this world. I love getting a picture of the pomegranate margarita, taco salad, nachos, or any veggie combo. The food is cheesy. Yum.
