Meze is a great go-to neighborhood eatery! I've been coming here for 2 years now, and it never disappoints. Every dish is delicious and hearty, so there's no wrong choice. The service and ambiance are also top-tier. Highly recommended!!

Visited Meze for the first time with my husband on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. It wasn't very packed yet, only about 2 other tables at that time. We started out with some appetizers. We ordered the Garlic Dip and the Blue Claw Crab Cakes. The crab cakes were tasty with the side of sauces. For entrees, we ordered the Lamb gyro platter which came with fries, salad, pita and the tzatziki and a chicken gyro sandwich. The platter is a LOT of food so it was well worth the $22! We enjoyed all of the food and cannot wait to come back and try other menu items!

Loved the food at Meze recently. We're used to traveling all the way to Astoria for some Greek food but this spot is very comparable. The seafood is fresh and the chicken/lamb souvlaki is incredibly tasty. Highly recommend the grilled octopus. The portion sizes are very generous which is great for sharing. We did have a reservation as it can take a while to get seated but service was quick despite the place being packed.

We been coming here for Sunday dinner at least once a month for some of the best Greek food in NYC.Things to try: Saganaki cheese, Grilled Octopus, Zucchini chips, Stuffed Clams or Crab cakes, Lamb Chips, Bronzino w/beets on a side. Greek Salad is great and comes with generous slab of Feta (which the 2 of us we can never finish :D).Ekmek is the best dessert hands down! For wine try Amethysthos White or Rose. Staff is very friendly and professional.Friendly staff, low key but stylish interior, great place for a weekend lunch or dinner.

The ambiance was nice and relaxed. The appetizers were tasty, especially the zucchini chips with tzatziki. The gyro platters were great and really exemplified Greek cuisine. The service was good and helpful. This a nice neighborhood Greek restaurant that I'd come back for dinner again.
The grill Octopus was excellent. Crap cakes was not good. Had Lamb chops for dinner; and was very disappointed, no tast, very blend. White wine was good.

What a great authentic feel of a Greek restaurant. The food was amazing! Quick service. One minor issue was the enthusiasm of the waitress, she was a bit dull and didnt seem to wanna be there. Also, she miscalculated some table plates. Nothing major but would love a more outgoing and caring waitress next time. 4 stars!
