Cozy place. Came here for lunch with my dad. The food is pretty authentic. My dad ordered an encebollado de pescado with an order of tostones(he said it was good) , I ordered a ceviche de camaron in which I enjoyed except that I had to peel the tails off the shrimp(in other places they haven't served it to me like that) but in overall it was delicious. I like that they have a nice selection of ecuadorian beverages. They also have galletas amor by the counter. The service...
You have to try their Spanish seafood soup, it's the best in sunsetpark. (according to me) I'm not exaggerating, already tried many other places before and this is the best. I keep trying other places after, and keep coming back. The place is small, humble, and very Spanish; is it good? Is it bad? Don't care, the seafood soup is very good. Remember to order la sopa marinera. Try anything else if you want to taste traditional South America cuisine, just don't...
A local friendly family restaurant. Came here on a Saturday afternoon, they are busy. We ordered mango smoothie, land and sea platter, half a chicken, lamb stew and empanadas. The mango smoothie was delicious. The land and sea platter was ok, the meats are well seasoned but it was a bit dry. Lamb stew was tasty. The chicken was very flavorful and moist. The empanadas was a bit oily and dry for me. I will definitely come back to try the smoothie and chicken again.
