Expensive but good cakes. A slice is $8 as of the last time I visited.

Inside it can be quite chaotic and the staff doesn't do a good job of helping and can be rude.

Bad service. Seat you, then forget you!!! What is up with restaurants in Brooklyn??? Thought the strawberry cheesecake would have a fresh topping but was sticky jelly!

Loved the fruit tart at Mia’s Bakery — the crust and fresh fruit were great. The custard was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall still really enjoyable.

We got a custom rainbow fish sheet cake and it was a knock out! Gorgeous, delicious, and very professional/highly communicative service. The funfetti flavor wasn’t too sweet and the cake was nice and light. It was the perfect centerpiece to our party!

I was going to order but then the host said to grab a seat if I want something sat down and no one came.

Great pies. But absolutely degrading service. Must be their new hires, the staff that’s been there long are usually quite pleasant but the new ones don’t even seem they wanna work there. Just terrible attitudes and awareness.

We got a dulce de leche cake here and it was really good—definitely the highlight of our visit. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to grab a high-quality cake in Brooklyn.
The only area for improvement is the customer service, which could be better. However, overall it is a great place for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Pistachio eclair was great.
The rainbow cake tho... A lot of cream. Like too much cream. Way too much cream.

i had a pickup order for a cake and they made me wait on a very long line to get it. what is the point of pickup if i have to wait? at any other store the pickup option is used to save time so i can just receive my item. it was my littles brothers birthday and we had a reservation to catch. i would’ve gotten the cake on the spot if they were going to waste my time.

Looked amazing from the inside, the decor and lighting was inviting. Shame to say all that I bought was mediocre or average at best. I was expecting mind blowing results with the manner people rave about this bakery.
The customer service also leaves much to desire. The minute you walk in the barista and cashier are looking at you indifferently and rather rude. It would be best if they didn’t look at you at all.
