I’m a frequent at this bakery for a few years. On this specific day I made a purchase of multiple slices of cake and a few cupcakes, cake pops and loaf cake. I don’t live close but when I do go, I make sure I get some of everything!! On this particular day (Monday) I made a purchase, came home put it in the fridge. Tuesday night as I take the cake out the fridge I noticed MOLD! I reached out via email hoping to resolve this but it’s been 2 weeks not one call or reply to email!! So what I will say is CHECK YOUR INTEND BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!?! No matter how it’s packaged CHECK IT!!!

Mia's bakery is awesome. I've been coming here for years. They were able to fulfill a last minute custom cake order that was a real crowd pleaser.

copied from my review on yelp:
ordered a custom cake for my boyfriend's birthday and it was 1000% worth every cent!! not only did they make it look super pretty, they had extra time to refine the given character into 3D instead of 2D and do research/match accuracy on the tv show reference! mia's puts a lot of thought and effort into their customs and always makes sure customers are satisfied.

also their carrot cakes are the best, totally recommend

Vanilla Cupcakes are AMAZING with what seams like marshmellow icing on top. I also tried the Salted Caramel Cupcake and YUM! Their Banana Pudding is also so very good. Proces are affordable too! I would recommend 10/10. Mia's Brooklyn Bakery even takes the time to write a cute note on the bag. Thank you so much! 😊👌

I haven't been here in years and accidentally missed my stop so I went in for a peanut butter cookie. Now I don't know if this is how it is normally but it was charred, dry and did not taste like peanuts. I noticed right away that it was very dark as if over baked but I ignored that. By the time I was half way done I was really disappointed. Considering it costs $4.50 for a cookie you would think it would at least be decent.

Went on a rainy Sunday evening and it was packed but mostly for takeaways.

Layer Chocolate Cake: flavorful and moist and the highlight of our orders 8/10
Salted Caramel Cake: no salt in it and felt more like a Tres Leches 6/10
Hot Chocolate: not real one and more of the Swiss Miss 4/10
Good experience and worth a stop if it is in your way

you walk in and it’s very small, nowhere to eat…. you get your desserts and it’s actually gross?? we paid $20 and some change for 2 slices of cake and threw it away after the first bite. literally such a waste of money just don’t go here.

I always get good quality of cakes, pastries and ham croissants from this store. Being a frequent customer here, I only have good things to say from quality, service and value for money. I always leave the store with a smile.
