I got a piece of red velvet cheesecake from the Times Square location yesterday- it was hands down the best piece of cake I’ve ever had in my entire life.I eat almost everyday and always get dessert when we go out to dinner so that’s saying something. It was absolutely the best thing I’ve ever had. I’m from Long Island/ Dutchess county now and will absolutely make the trip just for that cake!

We have had a terrible experience with a custom cake order from Mia's bakery. Last week we ordered a cake for my baby shower that was delivered to our home that was not what we had asked for. The bakery never reached out to me to confirm design details and just delivered something that was not aligned at all with the prompt that was requested. Now to top things off they are not responding to any of my calls and putting me on hold for 20+ minutes. For $250 I would expect better service for a cake that we could have made at home. I expect a full refund and they are dodging my calls in an incredibly unprofessional way.

I recently placed an order for a custom cake for my friend and I’s party. I ordered a vanilla cake with raspberry cream and also requested a custom design. The design came out adorable, my friend and I were really happy with how it came out. The raspberry cream added the perfect sweetness to the cake and it tasted freshly made. I was a bit disappointed that the cake itself was a little dry but the cream really saved it. Easy pickup and the staff was super attentive.

The pastry chefs create the most stunning designs — this is probably our fifth cake from them! We’ve ordered for my son’s birthday, my baby shower, my 40th, and now my daughter’s first birthday. We selected coconut and lemon blueberry flavors for our two-tier cake. We loved it and so did our guests. Mariam was especially great to work with and the cake came out perfectly and was delivered right on time. They completely messed up my custom order. The color was wrong 😑 and they didn’t add the decorative pearls as promised - instead, they just made plain white cream dots. To be fair, the cake itself was tasty, but the decoration was a big disappointment. I do not recommend this bakery for custom cakes.

Then I wanted to sit down at the table inside (there were at least 5-6 available tables) but the waitress rushed to me and told me that I can’t just sit here and eat the sweets that I just bought here!!
