Customer Service very robotic. Went to get donuts at 1pm and there weren’t many donuts available. Asked if they had any more donuts and was told “No”. The shop closes at 5pm, why don’t they have a full rack of donuts at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon?

I don't if they were having an off day but I was very disappointed with the quality of the donuts, bagels, egg sandwich and coffee. The donuts were stale and tasted terrible. The sesame bagel was floppy and soggy and almost no cream cheese was put on the bagel. The coffee was watered down and the egg sandwich on bialy tasted like microwaved eggs on cardboard. Mikes was always a great place to get good coffee and donuts. I decided to order from them today after almost a year and immediately regretted my decision once I tasted everything. I hope that the quality hasn't gone down by a consistent basis and that they were just having a bad day.

Place is nothing special and nothing to look at. After Covid, they took away the tables so now it’s only walk in and buy. No seating. Doesn’t matter Mike has some of the best donuts in Brooklyn. They are always fresh ,made every morning and never disappoint! By far some of the best donuts I’ve tasted.
When the owner is there service is great when his kids are there they seem to have attitude problem Ask for a dozen donuts the deal they offer they kinda force u to buy 15 donuts lmao it’s just the nasty attitude they gave or maybe it’s just me but it seems like they sh don’t stink every time I go there won’t be going any more many good donuts spots in Brooklyn to deal with nasty attitude just a shame cuz I love to support the community

I think there was mold on my donut - some black specks on it :( ate it at 2pm let’s see if I get food poisoning. Very nice staff and cute place! Need to kindly check for specks / mold on their food throughout the day please.
