I ordered from here via seamless before seeing the reviews so I was definitely scared when it arrived. But my experience was better than I thought. I got a chipotle bacon cheeseburger which was a little burnt, but it was Pretty decent. The nuggets were good but the honey mustard was a bit too "mustardy". They also delivered within the range given which was great. Not sure if I'd order from here again as I don't think the food was worth the price.

Food was cold & late . Used to believe this place was an amazing burger joint. The fries were my favorite. When the food comes come cold . It takes away the whole point and the taste dies. I always order from you guys. Just never consistent unfortunately ; even after this place still owes me a cheeseburger & fries . Never forced the compliant called numerous times, Spoke with GH & probably every employer here & still never received a meal that was promised to me. . & I still ordered today and yet another disappointment.

I ordered from here two nights ago, and ended up waiting 2 hours for my food to arrive. I called the restaurant twice and spoke to the manager two of those times, asking her to contact the driver. Each time I was told 5-7 minutes. Literally two hours went by, and I finally asked the manager "is my food actually on it's way?" She said all her drivers had returned, apologized, and offered to refund the cost of the order. She also offered to buy me dinner, so my disappointment subsided. Next day, she only refunded $10 of my $28 order. I called GrubHub, explained the situation, and the represantative told me that she denied everything she had told me, that she packed my order herself, etc. I called the restaurant asling to talk to her, and the employee said she had just left for the day and would be back tomorrow. I left a message asking her to call me back. No response. I got stiffed $18, and the intention to carry out customer service was not sincere. This is understandably upsetting, and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Horrible Food!! Mc Donald is chepaer and better. I ordered a Chipotle bacon Cheseeburger. It had blood on it. It wasnt well done, fries where very salty, and chesee was very dried, impossible to spread it on fries. Food was too expensive for the poor quality of food. Two bites and thats it threw away my lunch, it was dicusting.

Food was cold. Burger was hard, burnt, and just not good. The cheese on the bacon cheese burger(9$) was hard on the corners and wasnt melted if the burger were fresh it would have bewn melted. The Shake came in a cute mason Jar and was so delicious. They should jus t sell those. Ill go to Burgerking for a better burger next time for half the price.
