Whoever was handling the hot breakfast sandwiches this morning needs to be retrained, there should be no reason why I ordered a standard Bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and all I taste is lox. Spent $8 and change on a sandwich the least they could do is switch gloves between fish orders and regular ones. Unacceptable

July 2025 update: The price of everything jumped up overnight, What happened to this place, looks like new owners, but lots of same employees, but still went massively down hill. What the hell happened to the bagels? Why are they so small?? Bagels are legit palm size or smaller. 30 minutes in store for 1 egg sandwich, how? It wasn’t even busy. My coffee has been wrong 3 different times, even though they literally write the coffee order down on paper, the wrap I got recently was so small it looked like a McDonald’s snack wrap. I guess it’s time to stop going here, super sad as they used to be good and have good iced coffee.

$10 for a BLT roll is wild. These guys think they're in Manhattan or something. Prices aren't listed for many things either. Beware and buy what's listed with prices or you'll get scammed.

The new bosses are charging things incorrectly and trying to justify it.
A bacon, egg and cheese on a raisin bagel. A wrap with egg whites, turkey and tomato 2 Bai drinks total 29.80.
I asked for the receipt and asked why it was that much. Well, they itemized every part of the wrap sandwich including the eggs, totaling almost 14.75.
I called them out on it and he told me that they had to charge me for each ingredient.
I told them there was no way wrap that fits in a cardboard container can be almost 15.00.
After much going back and forth he itemized again and gave me back 3.80.
My last bagel delivered before new management takes over wish all employees the best and thank u for amazing service we appreciate you 3/29/25 hope nothing changes with new management god bless you all 🙏🏼❤️
This bagel store charged me $4.75 for bagel with cream cheese. That’s highway robbery and the bagel tasted terrible and the owner is nasty as can be I complained. He didn’t believe finally someone spoke up never ever again. And the cashier smelled like 7 cigarettes my money I got back smelled like an ash tray stay away.
