I spent probably 2 minutes here. Very transactional. Is it because I did not order a drink or I did not tip for over 8 dollars for a small pastry, cashier did not say a word after I paid. At this point, no comment on the taste of food.
We absolutely LOVE this bakery especially how they consistently use the freshest ingredients. Their items are out of this world, hands down. The staff is usually so wonderful and helpful. However, today (Saturday November 15), there was this one female staff member (brunette, eye glasses) who was helping folks with the baked goods, and she was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes at us. Her negative and awful attitude was absolutely palpable. I don't think she realizes that she exudes such a horrible attitude, and for the sake of not turning off customers, we hope the management can have a talk with her. Please feel free to email me if you'd like more details.

The hype is NOT real. Plain croissant was dry and soulless. No inherent natural sweetness.
Beat pastries ever! Always have seasonal specialties and the bread! The bread, will h its crusty exterior and soft inside is always amazing. Today I chose the olive sourdough 🤤

Best bakery on the slopes!!!
I’m telling you right now this is the best croissant in nyc!
I had been meaning to try this spot for months and finally made the trip out today. A friend and I had a rosemary, tomato, sausage focaccia slice each that was so delicious and the perfect texture. Also bought a chocolate hazelnut croissant that smells heavenly. 10/10 will be coming back!

Probably the best bakery I’ve been to. The most delicious cakes and cookies. I would so recommend coming here!! (The ginger cookie and beetroot and chocolate muffin were spectacular!)

Outstanding bakery in Park Slope. I had one of the best Kouign-amann I've ever had and also tried their croissant which was excellent. There is seating inside, but no restroom. You can also watch them make pastries through the window. Their cold brew is great and the prices are reasonable.

Fresh in-house bakery! I had the strawberry croissant it was good, a little airy, but the delicious jam in the center made up for it. Their small sourdough loaf is SOOOOOOOO GOOD. I was a bit disappointed they couldn’t slice it, but I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been reluctant to write a review because I don’t want Miolin to blow up too much - we come every weekend and I don’t want to have to wait in the long lines that this bakery deserves!
Many of the pastries we have tried at Miolin have been exceptional. We love the almond croissant that is a menu staple and have been impressed by the creative seasonal specials. The focaccias are also delicious, although we normally come close to when the store opens, which is before they are ready.
