I recently had a disappointing experience at this bakery that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a birthday cake and was excited to see how it would turn out, but unfortunately, it was a mess from the start. When we placed our order, the owner seemed more interested in attending to other customers than in actually taking our order. We were left waiting for what felt like forever, completely forgotten in the corner.
When the cake finally arrived, it bore little resemblance to the guideline and reference picture I provided. It was as if they just did what they wanted without any regard for my wishes. Name asked to be added spelt wrong as well. To add insult to injury, they charged extra for delivery, which I didn't mind at first but became frustrated when I couldn't even find anyone to discuss the issues with. I tried to speak to the owner or manager several times only to find no one available to address my concerns. I waited hours hoping to get a hold of someone in the restaurant.
Overall, this experience left me thoroughly unsatisfied, and I can't recommend this bakery based on my experience. There are plenty of other places that take customer service and quality seriously.

ZER0 STARS - Just to write a review, I had to give it 1 star. I had ordered a cake recently for July 7th for my 7-year-old daughter, and let me just say, "VERY DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED." Staff was under no manger in sight nor Boss. 1. They charged me extra just to put an image on the cake, just for us to receive it without the image. 2. We had ordered a chocolate cake, and they messed that up as well. And 3. When it came time to cut the cake, it smelled SPOILED and tasted NASTY. I went back to the bakery that same evening, and they wouldn't give me a Mangers or Boss's name. On top of that- I understand that some places have a no refund policy, but this place messed up the entire order and REFUSED any reimbursement for the SPOILED AND NASTY cake that GAVE my guests a stomach ache the day after. Instead, they offered to remake the cake, which was way too late, why Would I want another cake. Or, give me some sort of store credit for a future cake - I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, which sucks because I come to eat food often here. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MANAGER AND OWNER CHECK THE CAKES BEFORE PACKING THEM UP TO MATCH WHAT THE CUSTOMER PAID FOR. STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered on Uber Eats and despite getting a reply on Uber Eats, that the order was received, and that one of the items was missing (which I marked as ok and selected a replacement) when I got there they were super rude and said they didn’t receive an order then wouldn’t cancel it in Uber, wouldn’t answer the phone when Uber called them to confirm it was cancelled. Then suddenly they are saying the don’t have the food item. Cowards and thieves.

Bad service! I ordered a cake and they didn't have it ready at the time we had agreed. They gave me the cake hours later. Within minutes the cake was delivered to me it began to fall apart. I called to complain and it was of no use because I was left with a cake that fell apart and looked bad.
