As a Bay Area native, this is trying too hard to be like āIkeāsā, down to the naming of the sandwiches, too unoriginal and is a damn poor representation of it. VERY disappointed is a huge understatement. What a shameful way to represent SFās Dutch Crunch bread!!! And for the cost?! Almost $30 after all the fixings? Excuse me?!? Did I pay all that for the packaging? Stick to the rivers and lakes that you know pleaseā¦
If and when you make it to the Bay or to LA, go to the ORIGINAL āIKEās SANDWICHESā, you will not be disappointed and itās also karma points to support a Palestinian owned business š

We came here from Forest hills queens after work. We seen random videos and a "Beat Bobby Flay ,"episode which Brain beat bobby. We decided to try these sandwiches after trying many others sandwiches from different establishments in the past. We ordered 8 sandwiches in total.
A little pricy but the sandwiches are enormous and absolutely amazing. Sandwiches are an absolute flavor bomb for your taste buds as everyone agreed with approving nods and smiles on their faces. Brain was very attentive taking orders and confirming all the sandwiches we wanted, and staff are very friendly and welcoming. We collectively agreed that we will come back again in the very near future.

This place is such a good example of a "chef" all into "chef culture" who I'm sure can babble about food for hours on youtube and television, and suddenly they're tasked with just making actual food that isn't terrible and they absolutely can't do it.
The food here is bad. Period. It's horrible.

Mission Sandwich Social Club sits at the corner of Bedford and Second St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but this isnāt anything like your favorite corner store, or sandwich shop. Iāve been meaning to come here for years. In the words of a wise man, āToday, I got time, cuz!ā
I ordered the Steve Byrne, Havana Spice Club, and the Peking Turkey. The one word to describe these sandwiches is INTENTIONAL.
The Peking Turkey is something to marvel with bean sprouts, picked carrots, and scallions complimenting that turkey. Believe it or not, this came in 3rd place for me!
The Havana Spice Club is a play on the traditional Cuban Sandwich, with Turkey. My goodness. The way this tastes is an experience for a spice lover like me. Every bite is a āyeah, thatās good, but wait for thisā kind of experience.
I didnāt get to capture the Steve Byrne, but thatās because I was too busy enjoying it. What I can say is āMy Goodness.ā They donāt short you on the flavorful bulgogi and man, with Kimchi and seasoned Fries on it?! It was the best one!
Man, no more words -Mission, I would be back next week if I wasnāt an explorer!

I've been a subscriber and patreon of Brian's for years. Finally, I got here. The food was as expected, on point. I had the gobbler. The staff were uniformly gracious and helpful. La Rivage is next!

We stopped by Mission Sandwich today to grab a bite of lunch and had one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever eaten. We ordered a small Seoul food to share, and it was plenty for two people as a small lunch - would be a filling meal for one. There was a ton of deliciously flavoured and very juicy bulgogi, and the bread and ingredients were obviously high quality. Will definitely be back.

Iāve been to this place at least twice now and it probably makes sense to leave a review. The first thing to say is that they have a great variety. So far we have had the Post Melon and the Valencia (pictured). I have to say that the Melon was ok, but definitely not something Iād swing by to try again. The Valencia was fantastic though, and definitely something Iād try again. For rating I wish I could give a 4.5, but Iāve bumped this up - the Dutch Crunch bread and unique sandwiches really do mean thereās something for everyone. While the price is high, the sandwiches are massive (you can split 1 between 2 people). Give it a go!
Vegetarian options: They have an entire vegetarian menu, including vegan options.

Oh man, I was excited to try this place. Iād walk by a bunch of times and the cool takeout boxes and the menu and the reviews got me pumped. I ordered a full size chicken cutlet sandwich got home and chowed down. Only one problem: the sandwich was bad. Like a random mediocre corner deliā¦or worse. And it was $27 with tax. I felt scammed. The shop is clean and the staff was friendly. But I wouldnāt go back.

Vegetarian Tim Howley was a blast. Solid portions despite the size being 'small', and came in a cute box. Five stars.
