We went to Montague Bagels this morning hoping it changed since it had closed for sanitary reasons. My bagel was ok but my daughter told me her cream cheese tasted moldy and their coffee was terrible ! I guess the service was ok, but only 2 people were working

First time at Montague Street Baggles and I found them to be average. I asked for a toasted and butter sesame one and it was just warm. Am not complaining but as a New Yorker, I have very high expectations for baggles in Brooklyn. Thank you 😊

Montague Street Bagels is an absolute gem in New York! The bagels are everything you could ask for—perfectly chewy on the inside with that crisp bite on the outside. Fresh, flavorful, and generously filled, they truly hit the spot whether you’re grabbing breakfast or a quick lunch. Beyond the food, the place has such a warm and homy atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The neighborhood surroundings add to the charm, giving it that cozy New York vibe where you feel both welcomed and relaxed. Definitely a spot worth coming back to again and again!

Excellent service-- they cut the bagel (sandwich) neatly in half , and wrap nicely in both wax paper + tin foil Only suggestion is to keep the coffee options on & hot!

5$ for everything bagel with flavored cream cheese (july 2025). I like the cream cheese but the everything season was too salty for my preference. I will get a plain bagel next time.
