From my short experience there was no way to edit the burger option besides meat type. Short on time had to make due.
Menu does not have picture option for apple Juice in kiosk. It’s a child sized drink. Should someone know this I’m pretty sure they would opt in for something else.
Asked the staff to see if anything could be done and was shot down almost immediately. Not a cool experience what’s so ever. Just go to 7th street burger it’s not reliable.
Burger that I had was good but still had the taste of onion rings I wanted to remove.

I randomly stopped by to get a burger because ive been hearing so much about this spot. I walked in @8pm apologizing because they looked like everything was clean for the night, and they was ready to go and they let me know that they didn’t close till midnight,this is just how it always is. I love that because all these restaurants around here dont even compare. If anyone is around the area ask for Alma or Richard. They are literally the best. I will be back as much as i can and i send all my friends here all the time. I love this place.

Waited nearly 40 minutes for a below average burger & fries and the place wasn’t even busy. Commented on instagram about the experience and rather than respond they deleted it 😂. You won’t be able to “go anywhere” cause you will be too busy waiting for your mediocre food. I would have cancelled my order but they don’t have cashiers (have to wonder if that’s why). I live in the neighborhood but would NEVER go back.

Didn’t clearly mark or separate vegan burger from the non-vegan. Fries were cold/dry. Took too long to get food for what it was. The happy hour deal was decent enough, but I’d have been even more annoyed by the offerings had I paid “full” price - it didn’t feel worth what was paid as is.

Did take out around midnight last Friday. They forgot my cheese sauce which was disappointing, but food was still so good. I had the impossible cheeseburger. I can't compare it to anything beef since I've never had beef burgers, but as someone who is well acquainted with vegetarian burgers of all varieties- Moonburger is the place to get that sort of craving satisfied. The brownie shake was DIVINE. Hot fries had the perfect kick. Gonna definitely stop by again and dine-in because it's such a cool space, and hopefully get to try the cheese sauce.

I saw the review of this place having the best smash burger in the city I had to try it , Customer service was excellent , my burger was well cooked and juicy I loved the taste . I’m French fry fanatic and I have no complaints can’t wait to come back for more !
