Did take out around midnight last Friday. They forgot my cheese sauce which was disappointing, but food was still so good. I had the impossible cheeseburger. I can't compare it to anything beef since I've never had beef burgers, but as someone who is well acquainted with vegetarian burgers of all varieties- Moonburger is the place to get that sort of craving satisfied. The brownie shake was DIVINE. Hot fries had the perfect kick. Gonna definitely stop by again and dine-in because it's such a cool space, and hopefully get to try the cheese sauce.

I saw the review of this place having the best smash burger in the city I had to try it , Customer service was excellent , my burger was well cooked and juicy I loved the taste . Iām French fry fanatic and I have no complaints canāt wait to come back for more !

The food is great, and I really want this place to succeedā¦ but the service could be better.
The last time I went, it took WAY too long to get my food (>30 min for a burger and fries), and I heard multiple people around me complaining as well. Even someone walking past on the street said, āThat place is good but it takes forever.ā That was ~4:30pm on Saturday, September 21.
I went again at ~6pm on a Monday. The food was great, as usual, but once again it seemed like the staff were dragging their feet, talking to each other and not paying attentionā¦ and then they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. (I thought they screwed up my order the last time as well but I gave them the benefit of the doubt).

The burger was standard fare, but they forgot the cheese and argued with me about it. The burgers are dry as the Sahara desert without cheese.
Both versions are so good. Cheese dip unreal. Sprite crisp as hell. Ate in the window and the best people watching. 10/10
