Didn’t clearly mark or separate vegan burger from the non-vegan. Fries were cold/dry. Took too long to get food for what it was. The happy hour deal was decent enough, but I’d have been even more annoyed by the offerings had I paid “full” price - it didn’t feel worth what was paid as is.

Did take out around midnight last Friday. They forgot my cheese sauce which was disappointing, but food was still so good. I had the impossible cheeseburger. I can't compare it to anything beef since I've never had beef burgers, but as someone who is well acquainted with vegetarian burgers of all varieties- Moonburger is the place to get that sort of craving satisfied. The brownie shake was DIVINE. Hot fries had the perfect kick. Gonna definitely stop by again and dine-in because it's such a cool space, and hopefully get to try the cheese sauce.

I saw the review of this place having the best smash burger in the city I had to try it , Customer service was excellent , my burger was well cooked and juicy I loved the taste . I’m French fry fanatic and I have no complaints can’t wait to come back for more !
I came with my friends and the experience was very good , the music was great and the hot fries with the cheese sauce is amazing !!!

The food is great, and I really want this place to succeed… but the service could be better.
The last time I went, it took WAY too long to get my food (>30 min for a burger and fries), and I heard multiple people around me complaining as well. Even someone walking past on the street said, “That place is good but it takes forever.” That was ~4:30pm on Saturday, September 21.
I went again at ~6pm on a Monday. The food was great, as usual, but once again it seemed like the staff were dragging their feet, talking to each other and not paying attention… and then they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. (I thought they screwed up my order the last time as well but I gave them the benefit of the doubt).
