Moreish Artisanal Bakeshop

Ordered from their Brooklyn location on Seamless. Got two out of three items, and one item was, I kid you not, a cup full of just whipped cream with soggy almond slivers on top. $19 not including tax and fees. Totally not worth it. Basically one of those Seamless/GrubHub virtual restaurant scams.

Apparently, the Bake shop out source 3rd party to sell their bake goods, and when order is placed, they have no idea rather or not it will deliver it.. I placed an order 6/30 for today delivery based on Seamless requirement for my co worker birthday. I been trying to reach out to the store on FB to asked if I can add a note since last week.,nothing happened! Today, I called the # and it was customer service and they gave me the store phone# to call directly and see if they can add a HBD note for my coworker. I called, the number is someone personal number and the guy told me I should not call this number even though he is the owner of the resturant who is suppose to carry the bake goods. I call back customer service and was told me since that is their on file # that is nothing they can do to help me. After some back and forth, I found the direct resturant phone number and was told they don't have any items I ordered and can't help me.I have to scramble to find a new place to order a cake for my co-worker. I will NEVER order from this place again even they taste amazing. Really bad management!

Just ordered from this place. It’s March 9th and both orders were expired with one being expired Feb 25. I will never order from here again. Both desserts smelled sour and stunk.
