Never had Detroit-style pizza but this reminded me of my favorite pizza place in Chicago, Lou Malnati's. Not sure where they get their ingredients but it doesn't seem to be your typical NYC pizza in a different shape, which is what I was expecting at first. Very good

If I tell u how great this neighborhood joint

I feel this place is hit or miss. Cute place, decent enough service. The mozz sticks and caeser salad. Both were great. Broccoli rabe and sausage bar lie was very good. Individual slices came out burnt. The vanilla olive oil gelatto pales in comparison to L’Industry. Good but not worth going out of the way for.
