I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, but the way this restaurant handled a truly frightening situation deserves recognition.
Basically as my wife and I were leaving, the front door — which we later learned had a mechanical issue(which has been fixed since)— suddenly slammed shut with full force right on her foot. The shock, the pain, the panic… it was honestly terrifying. She couldn’t even walk to the car. and over the next couple of days her foot got worse. It was one of those moments that could have turned into a nightmare experience with any other business.
But this is where the story changes.
When I called to speak with the manager, he didn’t brush it off or make excuses. He listened. He cared. And he took it seriously. What truly amazed me was that he personally came to our home to apologize and make amends. You don’t see that kind of responsibility and humanity in customer service anymore. He showed genuine concern for my wife and went above and beyond to make things right.
Yes, the incident was scary — VERY scary — but the way the management handled it showed integrity, compassion, and a real commitment to their customers.
Thank you for turning a dramatic and painful situation into a reminder that good people still run good businesses.

Walked in randomly not knowing what we're getting into... never heard of this place... But, we were welcomed in very nicely, service was great and the food is delicious!!! Well worth a visit from anywhere.

Nice convenient kosher restaurant. We went to meet with our friends in the evening for deserts only (had a big lunch at another restaurant earlier in the day). Nice small place, pleasant atmosphere (inside, not outside), very good service and delicious desserts. Everything was good, happy! I recommend this restaurant and next time will try their food. Thank you!

Crown Heights Mozzarella is my go-to spot for Kosher restaurant dairy and fish. Their salmon dish is absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful every time. On top of that, the service is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend..

Great customer service! We went there for lunch with my family. Ordered individual pizza for the kids- was super yummy and crunchy. I had the fish - portion sizes are kinda small. It came with 2 sides. I got the fried mushrooms and fries. Also got a salad. Andy our waiter was super attentive. I think for their prices their portions can be bigger. But the food was tasty. We also had limonana and cheesecake that we enjoyed. Great kosher option in crown heights if you want dairy.
