This restaurant does not fulfill orders. I have tried multiple times through seamless/grubhub. The order goes through, but then the food is never delivered. There are two numbers listed for this restaurant and no one picks up either number! The hours are supposedly updated to 12am, I put my order in way before 11pm and it still was not delivered. At this point I feel bad for the seamless/grubhub customer service that has to keep giving out refunds.

All I can say is WOW! This burger spot is doing everything right.Came by and wanted a quick bite,so I ordered a burger.Love that their menu is so simple and easy.Burger was amazing and juicy,fries were incredible and crispy.The service was excellent.Definitely recommend.

Great place to choose when attempting to satisfy a late night craving. I usually get a swiss and onion burger with fries, but they also make decent breakfast items. I've also purchased the chicken and waffles to go, unfortunately it wasn't the best, as they follow the trend of most diner style restaurants, using chicken strips vs. bone in chicken pieces when ordering to-go. Aside from that gripe, Mr. Chips is a solid diner style restaurant.

Saw and tried this place for the first time today and I really enjoyed my juicy burger and great fries with cheese. Definitely will be returning to try other menu items. The proprietor and chef were both so friendly that it'd be hard not to return, even if just to say hello to the both of them. I'm wishing them great success/prosperity and hoping for many, many more great experiences there.

Right across from my apartment, I give this place a sharp 10/10. Food amazing quality and the serves are always so polite and friendly. So lucky for this place to open in the neighborhood.

New place, I had high hopes, unfortunately it fell short. One person in kitchen with a full house caused a long wait time. Waitress that didn't understand order caused wrong order to come out and an item missing from order. Wasn't allowed to very simply customize a burger. Basic pancake tasteless. Salad was ok, burger was decent. Fries on the salty side. Reviews seem bloated.

Just had the best burger and Philly cheese steak, their fries are to die for. At a very reasonable prices, quick service very polite staff. Will definitely be back to taste a few of the other stuff on the menu. A must try is the blue sky smoothie

First of all, I have no idea why this place isn't busier. This is THE BEST burger in Bay Ridge hands down. Everything I've tried from their menu is excellent. If you are in the mood for a burger, give this place a shot. You won't regret it!

This is a new restaurant in the neighborhood. It occupies the former space of a diner that was around for decades. I have become a regular customer. The gentleman who runs the counter is very friendly. They recently adjusted their operating hours based on demand. They open around 10am and close at 6am. At the moment most of their business is to go and delivery. They do have a bright and accommodating room full of booths. I see more people stopping by for meals. Their menu is limited but good. I have liked everything I've tried from their menu and appreciate their late night delivery hours.
Great diner food at a reasonable price. Super friendly staff and pretty quick with the orders. They have ordering available through their website as well which is nice.
