What a horrifying experience a totally ridiculous place to order from. I called in and made a very small order. The gentleman told me the amount that doesn’t make sense, but I thought maybe I did not understand correctly. When I got to the place first of all, it’s very dirty and filthy. The gentleman told me exactly the same amount however, when I looked at the menu, the prices did not end to the cost. So when I asked the gentleman to go over the pricing first of all, apparently in New York City per him every item on the menu is being taxed plus the total on the tax, which is absolutely ridiculous. And he charged me for a large portion when I ordered a small And kind of forgot about that. When I said that I will report him he actually realized that he overcharged me and gave me a completely different amount. This is absolutely ridiculous. Disgusting filthy place with the disgusting food with a disgusting service.

Me and my 3 friends walked in and we got kicked out for looking at the menu??!? Chairs were all over the place and barricading one of the entrances. There are motorcycles inside and everything was disgusting!!?!?????

My friend told me about this spot and I was so surprised at the rating considering I just had the best time at this Chinese spot! Seriously, their chicken broccoli, egg rolls, and fried rice were out of this world! And the service? So fast and friendly. You gotta check this place out if you want an awesome meal!

I've eaten here a couple times and it's been so good. I get the sesame chicken with white rice and it's always so fresh and crispy. They also have chicken wings, fries and crab rangoon (my favorite) that are delicious as well. They people in the front or on the phone are always so friendly and accommodating. They always are understanding and will compensate if an order is wrong. These are very friendly/nice people and they have good food!

The lady that answers the phone is tremendously rude, i have had several encounters of her hanging the phone up in the middle of an order. She sent me an extra order of chicken wings that i didn't order snd charged my card with my knowledge for it. Claiming there was a minimum spent which she didn't mention to me. The service is horrible and i will never order from here ever again.

So I ordered a 2 piece chicken wings along side a small shrimp & broccoli. When I arrived, they were cleaning and wiping down everything with the same wet rag. My wings weren’t ready by the time I arrived, so they decided to throw some in the fryer, while not washing their hands from the “cleaning” they were doin. one of the pieces of chicken fell onto a counter, where they just finish wiping down with that dirty rag. The lady tried to prop her body to block me from seeing them take that same chicken that just fell and slide into a bag. Once I witnessed that, I quickly addressed them about it. Like ppl have to eat this smh. She apologized after realizing they were caught being insanitary while handling the food. She rushed and fried another piece, threw it in the same bag previously used for the prior “dirty chicken”. When I looked inside the bag holding the rest of the food. The chicken was not properly packaged and it was laid on top of the food trey dripping with grease. Never again. I could just imagine what goes on when no one sees smh.
