Great local place! Love their own way of doing ice cream!

I haven’t tasted a flavor that I dislike yet. From butter pecan, to sorrel ginger omg. So good. Unfortunately they only have mango in the summer :( but these homemade flavors really hit different. 10/10.

love this spot so much. not even from BK but had to pay it another visit after going last year, upon discovering it via Righteous Eats. S/O to the bubbly vibrant and lovely employee who happily greeted us, explained the process, and had a light hearted heart to heart chat about ice cream flavours and astrology! We love a girl’s girl - even more, a perfect experience through and through. Flavours hit! Textures are perfect and the staff are truly so kind! Come to Mr. P’s to continue uplifting a Black owned staple in the community!

Nice ice cream

Wonderful small family-run ice cream parlor with creative and delicious Caribbean flavors. The place is popular with the locals and there can be a line but the wait is worth it. The ice cream is fresh and taste authentic without a strong heavy cream feel, more a natural texture.

It’s $4 for a 4 Oz cup, $8 for a 8oz, $13 for a 16oz and $25 for a 32oz container.

You can mix and match flavors in those cups.

I stumbled on this place couple of weeks ago coming out of pilates on a hot summer day. The exterior of the shop with its vibrant colors is very inviting. Inside is spacious, a good refuge from the heat with the their AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful with narrowing your choice.

You get a choice of 3 flavors on arrival. I tried their soursop, coconut and pistachio flavors. They do have other interesting tropical flavors such as coconut ginger, beet ginger, sorrel and activated charcoal ice creams which I plan on trying next time I go.

As a Caribbean, I love soursop and know its hard to come by so I always gravitate towards it. The consistency was more like a sorbet, not as sweet/sticky as regular ice cream. I came out a real big fan of their soursop. Perfect on a cone! I also love that aside from ice creams, they sell milkshakes and helfty slices of cake. Definitely plan on being a repeat customer!

This was a very pleasant distraction on a humid day. Try the grape nut ice cream it will surprise you. Can't wait to return to try my favorite coffee ice cream which was still being made when I got there. Pistachio was a nice replacement

Best ice cream in NYC! I’ve been living in New York for 12 years and I haven’t had better ice cream than this. They have vegan flavors that are healthy and I would totally recommend cherry coconut. Tastes like I’m down in the islands

Woman who took my order today wasn’t friendly and was cold. Wasn’t really welcoming at all. The ice cream also wasn’t really what I was expecting in terms of taste. Will not be back .
