I've been coming to this place for two years now and the food is surprisingly good for a small cafe! However, the value is not there. If you get a salad and add chicken you end up at around $25 (with tip etc.) for a salad - not great value but always delicious. The real issue is the wait time: I often order soup to go and it takes like 10-15 minutes to heat up - makes no sense! and then often it's only 3/4 filled - given the price - please fill whole container. No frills local cafe with surprisingly large menu and drinks selection including smoothies. The pastries are homemade and delicious. A few outside tables and decent inside seating options. Very Brooklyn. Pleasant and friendly service. Very kids friendly. Not very laptop friendly.
