The katayif is delicious but I waited there for half an hour while I was told it will be ready in 7mins, that wasn’t nice at all!

I’m starting to wonder what’s happening with our local businesses these days ?. Unbelievably, this is the second time I’m writing a negative review this week for what used to be one of my go-to spots. And now, the food from this place actually made me sick ?! Every year, I look forward to visiting this well-known Middle Eastern dessert shop in Bay Ridge during the holly month of Ramadan to indulge in their unique sweets made especially for the month. But this time, I was utterly dismayed by the steep drop in quality and added carelessness. My order was charred and burned to bitterness, then I was shocked to discover that the edges of my square sweets have milted plastic on it as shown in attached photo ?.. For a $40 worth of goods, this is definitely not the way a regular customer should be treated or even any customer. Hate to negatively review you guys, but I hope this will wake you up and assure a better food quality in the future.
They are the best for arranging delivery ? great prices & delish desserts ? look ? no further!!

It was just an overall bad experience. The food was bland. They literally put than kanafa in the microwave before give it to me. Overly priced.

I had a terrible experience at Nablus sweets while trying their kunafa. Not only was the service slow and unfriendly, but the quality of the dessert was appalling. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my kunafa, which completely ruined my appetite and left me feeling disgusted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Best kunaffe and baklawa I’ve had in my entire life. The pastries taste so good you’ll want to sit there enjoying every bite deep in thought, giving your whole attention to the sweetness taking over your senses. Also love how the establishment is open about their support for palestine. Flags everywhere, pictures of the occupied territories, jars of olives.I will visit every time i go to new york from now on.
The dessert are so good here it’s a must if you’re in the area. The person behind the register even warmed up our dessert when we stayed to eat them. He was very kind I can’t wait to stop by again.

It was SO GOOD, and they’re very friendly! They accept both cash and card. I’m going back!! ??????
In this time, we must supportrestaurants like Nablus Sweets. Palestinian food is rich and flavorful and although I haven’t visited this restaurant ever, I plan to soon! I already know their food is going to be amazing no doubt so I’m giving 5 stars in advance. The best is yet to come for our falastini business owners. Keep continuing to serve the community amazing food and keep the culture alive!
