The staff was very nice and the place vibey but the chicken sandwich was just okay. I got the medium and it didn’t feel spicy at all, I got the hot and it was just overly seasoned, not really hot.

The food is amazing but the service could be better! Had to individually ask each of the 3 employees working for the water bottle I ordered. I finally got it after I asked for it for the 3rd time way after my food had already come. Meanwhile the table next to us all got their water right when they sat down. Its very clear that the employees don’t communicate with each other and aren’t working together as a team

I still dream about the clucking sandwich. It’s a 10/10 - the flavors are mind blowing for a hot sando. I’ve visited NYC 3 times this year for work trips and always grab takeout for this sandwich to enjoy at home.

The food here is great. It takes a LONG time to make though (and it's worth it) so make sure you give yourself time to eat. Their chai is amazing too. Love the food. Atmosphere is alright .. it's kinda like fast food place more than sit down. Service is cool. Always going here.

Went here a while ago and then came back, I think it has really dropped off - the tenders I ordered were cold, and the mac and cheese was also cold and given to me before my full Oder, And possibly the worst cole slaw I’ve had in recent memory and look how small it is! Biggest issue was they no longer offer tap Water! - Aparently people broke the cups (in Williamsburg really?) - it is a disappointing cash grab and I won’t be back because of it.

Truly one of a kind fast casual Indian dining. The Nashville sandwich was the right amount of seasoning and crisp with some desi flavors. The mac and cheese and tikka bites hit the spot also.

The place was super cozy I loved every little detail. It was simple, but the small touches were so aesthetic. My friends ordered the Chicken dhamaka fries, the Waffle Sandwich, and the Tikkaville Sandwich. I was full, so I didn’t get anything at first, but I ended up taking a bite from their food and it was delicious! They loved everything and said they’ll definitely be coming back.

When it was prayer time, I asked if they had a bag or anything I could use to pray on. One of the employees went to the back and brought me a prayer mat. They were so kind and thoughtful. We loved the place, the food, and the people. Definitely going back again!

Service was too slow. We intended on dining in but had to leave due to waiting over 20 mins for our meals. The food was flavorful. I just wish they would take their job more seriously.

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue they eventually cleaned up but it shouldn’t have taken that long. My thoughts is someone should always be on cleaning duty at a restaurant. Other than that the food was super good would come back again
