Edit: the business asked for more details, so here they are: I wanted to pick up a birthday lunch for my wife; online ordering wasn't available at or after 10am so I drove over. Looked in the door at 10:40am but the closed sign was up and the staff just sort of stared at me when I tried to get their attention to see when they'd open. Online ordering still wasn't working at 10:45am so I left.
Not really a food review, but they don't keep the hours online or on the door, closed at 1045am instead of open at 10.

Me and my friends had dinner today at Nargis. We loved food, and even though waiters were checking up on us, it felt like the fact that we were not ordering anything after main course was a problem. And it was not like the place was packed at that moment, so they needed to rush, or nowhere near the closing hours. After all of that, we wanted to ask for a bill, even then the server was not happy🤣
I understand that it can be tiring by the end of the day but i don’t want to be pressured when I go out with my friends.
We did not feel welcomed.

The food and atmosphere were good. I removed stars for service because they added an 18% service charge, and then the waiter tells you that it goes to the restaurant and it is not a tip, and they have suggestion for gratuity. Ridiculous, it means that you expected to go at least 30%+ over the bill.

Run, don't walk! Especially if Eric is there. Absolutely everything in this restaurant is delicious. The cocktails were also excellent, but I would have liked a more varied selection of alcohol. And the decorations... My God, everything is so beautifully and tastefully decorated. And special thanks to Eric for creating the atmosphere. I think it is impossible to find the most hospitable, sensitive, caring and attentive employee. This is now one of my favorite places and I will recommend it to everyone!
Beautiful place with very pleasant staff and cozy atmosphere. Also food is very tasty! If you don’t know where to go to eat really great food and have a good time I would recommend going there. You will definitely enjoy Nargis ! :)
