been coming here for my (halal) bacon egg n cheese since high school. left brooklyn a long time ago but i'm still technically a resident + come back v often. when i was a kid i'd walk in and didn't even have to order, but it's been abt a decade now and i don't get recognized, which is sad but makes sense.

a couple weeks ago i was back home to see my folks and when i pulled up at like 11 on a wednesday they thought i was some unknown teen skipping class (fair enough i look way younger than i am) guy at the counter (v nicely) asked if i'm from around here, if i have class today, etc and was clearly ready to do something to help a kid in a bad spot but when i explained we laughed and had a nice chat. once upon a time tho i was that kid and back then too the guys at this bodega always looked after me.

got the best products in the area large variety of low sugar zero added sugar drinks many diff products ive been coming here for years and even once when i was sortve entitled to the sandwich maker the cashier ive known for years since i was a kid defended me excellent place come here all the time nice and kind and neighborly.
