Came here with my sister for lunch and had a wonderful. The cafe is so cute and the menu is quite extensive (there’s just so many options, you’ll have to come back!). Our waitress was the sweetest and answered any questions/concerns that we had. I got the hamachi don and my sister got the katsu. Both were delicious and the portions are filling! I will definitely come back.

I got the Strawberry Protein Smoothie which was delicious and I would buy again. I also got the eggs Benedict - this was on the pricey side for what you get but was overall good food and a good atmosphere to sit and have some breakfast and watch the world go by.

Food was good but the portions were comically small. Four slices of fish for a $23 bowl is tragic even by Williamsburg standards.

There is nothing really Japanese about the Chicken Katsu sandwich aside from it’s panko breaded then fried. 15+ min wait for one to-go item (and they forgot about our drinks) is not good service.

Had high hopes based on previous reviews but my experience was meh. Super long wait, rude staff, sub par food and drinks. And overpriced compared to other places nearby. The sitting area is cute though.
The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was good, highly recommend!

I visited Nem’s bistro for my birthday because I wanted one of the beautiful smoothies! They have a special birthday smoothie that was so delicious and beautifully decorated. I also got the japandi egg sando and my friends and I shared the matcha mochi waffle. Both were soooo good! The texture of the waffle was enjoyable and the matcha whipped cream was so delicious. My friends got two of the donburi bowls and loved them. The owner Nem came to take our order and she was very kind and welcoming. They were busy so the service was a bit on the slower side, but we were busy talking so we didn’t mind too much. I would love to come back and try more food and smoothies! Definitely recommend. Thank you, Nem! :)

Had really high hopes for this spot but had an overall mid experience. The Japandi Egg Salad Sando is cold and not very appetizing. It was also $18 🥴 Not worth it if you ask me. More than likely won’t return.

Me and my wife had Nem's breakfast + Salmon ikura don? and an order of karaage with peach beverage (forgot the name) The beverage was so fresh, i immediately wanted more. The food we ordered were so delicious. Will visit again once the summer is over.

I’m a regular here. The food is insane. Always fresh and so flavorful. Best miso scrambled eggs in nyc.

Ridiculously bad and slow service and there was a cockroach in my smoothie
It’s a cute little window with smoothies, bento box, sushi, sandos. I got the egg Sando, it didn’t taste like 7-eleven in Japan but still satisfied my craving. I like that the bread was fried. For smoothie tried the Buddha detox with passion fruit puree, mango, banana lime and honey which was refreshing.

Had dinner here last night around 8, the waitress who attended me was great! She explained the menu to me and recommended many excellent things! She was very nice and not condescending at all like some waitresses in Williamsburg. I really look forward to coming back to try new things from the menu. Thanks for the friendly service!
