Everything we ate needed more salt! They didn’t include any salsas/sauces with our order Guac - salt & heat missing (perfect for a midwestern palate) 7/10 Loaded fries w/ steak - the texture of the meat was like it was boiled.. loaded with sour cream which diluted all flavors 5/10 Birria taco - 7/10 Mushroom taco - 0/10 this was straight up disgusting (mushroom & beans yuck) Al pastor - 5/10 meat was dry and for those who know what good Al pastor tastes like you know that this ain’t it Pollo - 6/10 after eating all the other tacos had to resort to adding sauces to even eat it Carnitas 5/10 the meat texture was just not right and of course missing salt
