I don’t have problems with cafes that aren’t super concerned with specialty beans or brew methods, but this place was called “espresso lab” in big, so I had my hopes up that I’d get something unique, but was disappointed to find it was just a standard 2nd wave cafe. The coffee was alright, but very traditional. I’m less upset at the quality and my rating mostly reflects my expectations

Looked cool and has a cool name, but we didn’t like the two drinks we got. The hot matcha latte tasted mostly milky and not very matcha-y. My husband also didn’t like his cortado.

All I need to tell you is; every flavor of Match that could exist and still be delicious without over doing it is here at this place. If they had more of a social media presence—it would prob be even bigger but I think it’s a neighborhood secret. I love this place after on visit. The cups too basic. I wish they had a signature cup design or a bit stronger plastic

Owners are an some hag with an attitude problem and her father, neither of which have any qualifications to run a food/coffee establishment whatsoever. They steal tips from employees and all their machines are moldy
I guess I had high expectations but the latte & matcha latte were both bland. The service was also not the best, but I did enjoy the ambiance of the cafe.

This place has serious plant-dad energy. However, they were out of drip coffee in the afternoon and didn’t offer to make any - would only make an americano. No public bathroom. Meh.

The line was super long with only 1 person working on a Sunday prime time and she moved very slow. Additionally she was rude- I used the two coffee holder carrier which was flimsy because it was cut in half from a 4 holder sturdy one. My coffees both fell in store and spilled. She made me re purchase them and I had to wait another 20.
