I’ve been ordering here for nearly a decade. This is the best Chinese food in Gowanus. I empathize with others with 1 star services because for me this place had kept their quality consistently for years on end. I genuinely get shocked when there’s one stars but everyone’s experience is different.

This place is a scam.... 1st & last time I'm ordering from them...I ordered the very simple chicken wings/ pork fried rice. I was charged 17.99 for 1 order...didn't really make a big deal until I seen the menu... my order was only 11.00... minimum delivery fee is 10.00.. I was charged 5.00 for delivery fee..why? Also I live 2 blocks away....& I tipped them fyi.. they are using a 3rd party for delivery... disgusting, straight robbery in our local neighborhood!!!! ALSO the food is Garbage!!!!!

This is now my go to spot. Ordered delivery a few times and it was always pretty good. Stopped in tonight for the first time to actually pick up dinner. The spot itself is fairly clean for a Chinese take out, the staff is very friendly and attentive, prices are reasonable and the food is exactly what you expect from Chinese take out,

If I could give this place a negative review, I would. The food taste disgusting, it was dry, and bland. The owner, was completely rude. I placed a simple order, he looked at me, like “I don’t want to make your order”. Not to sound racist or anything, but a white couple came in. He was all happy to help them out. But, come on now. A friend of mine, the same thing, when he got his order, items were missing, and when he back to the store, to tell the cashier that certain items were missing. She gave him a look, as it’s not my problem

Usually their food is so fresh, because they are busy. However, I was very disappointed today. I ordered four fried rice today for four people. Rice was very hard . I know it meant they used old rice for it. I am so sorry for bad review, but you have to know about this. All of four people got so mad at the food. Do not use old hard rice for fried rice please.
