Unfortunately, my order was marked as delivered by FedEx, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The FedEx delivery photo clearly showed a different house, not mine.
I provided proof, including a photo of my front door for comparison, but the seller declined to assist further and advised me to contact my credit card company instead of working with FedEx to resolve the delivery error.
I understand shipping issues can happen, but I was disappointed with the lack of support in resolving a carrier mistake.

I ordered multiple items as Christmas gifts and one arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service to request an exchange, I was told I had to return the item and repurchase it instead. That alone is inconvenient, but they also refused to honor the original purchase price. As a result, I now have to pay more and cover shipping since the replacement no longer meets the free shipping minimum. This was due to a damaged item on their end, and the resolution feels unfair and disappointing.

I ordered a 200 Phillies outfit in April for my son , the shirt is fine , the pants have a p for Phillies on one leg and the other leg has stitched Cleveland cavaliers, sent them back and got my refund, reordered the pants and they came today and guess what , the same pants , p on one leg and Cleveland cavaliers on the other
